1st Application of the General Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “General Conditions of Sale”) regulate the contractual relations between any user of the alwayspetcare.com website and the alwayspetcare.com merchant belonging to Pet-Blink, Lda, Nif 508080777, here designated Always Pet Care). These apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, these General Conditions of Sale.

By using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and the Internet Privacy Policy. Always Pet Care encourages you to read the contents of this Policy carefully before using the services provided on this website.

Always Pet Care may promptly modify certain provisions of its general conditions.

Any clause accompanying a Customer order or any other document (such as general terms and conditions of customer’s purchase), which is in opposition to these general conditions, will not be accepted by Always Pet Care.

Always Pet Care reserves the right at any time to amend these General Conditions of Sale by posting a new, dated version on this website. By placing an order after Always Pet Care has published the new version of its Terms of Sale, you agree to be bound by this updated version.

Some services available on this website are provided by companies subcontracted for this purpose, in the name and on behalf of Always Pet Care, namely for the transportation of the goods purchased.

2nd Orders

When placing an order through this website, make a proposal to buy the products that you selected under these General Conditions of Sale.

The products presented here are subject to existing stocks at the time of purchase.

The data recorded by Always Pet Care constitute full proof of the order and complete transaction. The data recorded by the payment system constitute full proof of the financial transactions.

3. Prices

The prices of products sold through Internet sites are in euros, including taxes and explicit on the product pages. Always Pet Carer reserves the right to change prices at any time in the future.

4. Forms of Payment

ATM Reference: After receiving your ATM reference, make the payment by selecting “Payment of Services” option at any Multibanco terminal or at home with your Home Banking. (Only available to customers of Portuguese banks).

Paypal: One of the payment systems most used on the internet as it guarantees security in the transaction. Learn more at www.paypal.pt

Bank Transfer: You can make your payment by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. Please indicate the order number as reference of the transfer or deposit.

5th Deliveries

All orders to Always Pet Care will be delivered to the address you specified for delivery when you placed your order, as long as someone is authorized to receive them during the delivery period. Always Pet Care makes every effort to ensure delivery within the following timeframe:

– Continental Portugal – order up to 6pm – delivery between 1 and 2 business days.
– Wood – Order until 18h – delivery between 3 to 6 business days.
– Azores – Order up to 6pm – delivery between 3 to 6 business days.

It is up to you to check the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery.

In the event of damage or missing items, you should notify and lodge a complaint with the carrier as well as inform Alway Pet Care within 7 days of delivery to info@alwayspetcare.com. In such circumstances, Always Cat Litter will provide you with identical replacement merchandise.

6th Returns

The customer benefits from a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of the articles to return the order without any reasoning or penalty, except where applicable, the cost of transportation involved. The period referred to in the previous number shall run from the receipt of the merchandise or acceptance of the offer of services. The right of return can be exercised by contacting the company by email at info@alwayspetcare.com.
In case of exercise of the right of return, only the value of the articles must be returned and not any transport costs previously borne by the Customer.
Returns of products can only be made if they are in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals …), so that they can be resold as new; they should, if possible, be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.

Returned products must be addressed to Always Pet Care at address to be indicated, and shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
